Jeng Yuan’s laboratory is equipped with the latest instruments for quality control. The laboratory testing and process control monitoring equipment is keep up to date with sophisticated software and SPC capable in order to meet the customer request data process. This has qualified Jeng Yuan to tier within the supply chain of customers' certified to ISO/TS 16949 quality system standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT
Jeng Yuan Reclaimed Rubber Sdn Bhd (JYRR) as company reclaimed rubber manufacture has a fundamental responsibility and commitment to protect, surrounding, local and global environment. To minimize impact concerning our activities product and service, JYRR shall:
- Comply with applicable legal requirement and other requirement which relate to environment aspect.
- Identify adverse environmental issues, aspects and risks, associated with our work activities and set in place programs to reduce this aspect and risk;
- Prevent pollution; pursue progressive reductions of emissions, effluent and discharges of waste materials that are known to have negative impact on the environment, with the ultimate aim of eliminating them. Also minimize the consumption resources.
- Educate, train and motive employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Encourage the environmental protection among supplier and contractors.
- JYRR shall continual improvements of the environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2015 to enhanced environmental performance.
